SIMA Property Tech 2025 Exhibition in Madrid.

We are pleased to share our impressions from the SIMA Property Tech 2025 conference!

TVIS POLSKA has returned from the SIMA Property Tech exhibition in Madrid, held from May 21st to 23rd, where we presented our handheld laser scanning technologies tailored for the Spanish real estate market.

The 3D visualization capabilities of the XGRIDS scanners attracted strong interest from architects, designers, agency owners, and real estate brokers. Modern LIDAR and VR/Gaussian Splat technologies enable fast data capture, high-quality visualization, and the creation of VR tours and BIM models — serving both engineering professionals and everyday clients.

In June, the company plans to conduct a demonstration tour across Barcelona, Madrid, Valencia, and Malaga.
