Analytical Expert Report for Confirming Damage to Real Estate

Our company prepares expert reports based on very high-resolution satellite imagery. This type of document confirms the fact and extent of real estate destruction in cases where physical access to the area is impossible or unsafe.

During the analysis, we perform:
– search and identification of the object by coordinates or address;

– review of a series of satellite images from different years and time periods;

– documentation of the initial state of the property (before hostilities);

– determination of the timing and nature of the damage: explosions, fires, structural damage, complete destruction;

– development of a chronological timeline based on verified image dates and timestamps;

– preparation of a structured report with descriptions, diagrams, annotations and satellite imagery.

The report clearly indicates:
– when the property was intact;

– when the first signs of damage were recorded;

– between which dates the complete destruction occurred;

– which specific elements of the building were lost;

– what can be identified at the site of the ruins (structural remnants, foundation, bathroom, basement, etc.).

The document is prepared using certified satellite data, including exact coordinates, date, acquisition time and technical parameters, in accordance with the requirements of Resolution No. 815 of the Cabinet of Ministers dated 07 July 2025.

The report can be used as evidence when submitting documents for compensation for destroyed or damaged property.
